Improve customer care with emotion analysis
EmotioNPS is an unique IoT device which analyses human expressions on the spot with high quality video camera and converts them into emotions. EmotioNPS software algorithms are based on highly thought neural networks with over 95% emotion recognition accuracy. The device was designed for retail and services such as banking, automotive, hotel industry etc. where it helps to constantly improve customer service quality by identifying weak points in companies’ customer service procedure. We focused the design process on schematic face recognition mesh – this was our first idea and has been developed into the final concept.
